We are currently recruiting a Head of Asset Strategy who will ensure the strategic direction of the Group's Asset portfolio. You will manage and lead the Data team, ensuring that reporting for the department is accurate, validated and relevant.

The Head of Asset Strategy will lead on the Groups acquisition and disposal strategy, the rationalisation of stock, option appraisals and stock reinvestment opportunities to ensure the Groups portfolio remains sustainable and financially viable.

The successful candidate will work with the Development Team to produce development appraisals and detailed recommendations, whilst leading the department's approach to the Government's Net Zero Carbon Targets.

Working with the Assets Leadership Team and other Heads of Service to provide an effective and efficient Asset Management function.

We are ideally looking for someone with a professional qualification in a housing or construction specialism or the equivalent, who has experience of analysis management information to identify improvements. They will have a demonstratable ability to effectively engage with business stakeholders, with a strong intellect who has the ability to interpret information, analyse complex data and review alternative solutions.
