Their ideal candidate would be a school leaver with A Levels (or the equivalent) graded at a minimum of 3 B's and an interest in accountancy to join their fabulous Audit team of skilled people. Responsibilities
- Assist in the planning and delivery of audits for various clients, including SMEs, charities and other entities
- Perform audit testing and gather evidence to support findings whilst working with senior auditors
- Prepare and review audit documentation, ensuring compliance with auditing standards and firm policies
- Identify and communicate audit issues and findings to senior team members
- Participate in client meetings and communicate effectively with clients to gather information and address queries
- Assist in the preparation of financial statements and audit reports
- Maintain accurate and organized working papers and audit files
- Stay updated with changes in auditing standards, accounting regulations, and industry developments
- Provide support to other departments within the firm as needed
Requirements
- A Levels graded at a minimum of 3 Bs ( or the equivalent)
- A keen interest in accountancy
- No experience is required
