The research team forms an integral part of our prestigious business and provides market intelligence, search, selection and benchmarking services.
Your new role
You will work collaboratively with other researchers and support the lead consultant on individual campaigns by identifying potential candidates through a combination of desk-based research and telephone networking.Playing a pivotal role in executive search and headhunting, you will have a significant impact on the appointment of critical, high-profile leadership appointments for major government departments, local authorities and commercial companies. Through your strong communication, rapport-building skills and quality-driven approach, you will engage with senior executives and gather niche specialist market intelligence for the consulting team and clients. This works at the top end of the recruitment market.
What you'll need to succeed
As a confident communicator who is conscientious, organised, inquisitive and focused on results, you will possess high levels of customer service and quality awareness. You will have a background in recruitment, sales or a similar service industry, and have experience speaking to, influencing and meeting senior level professionals.You will be required to operate in a quality-driven environment where attention to detail and strong written/verbal communication is paramount.With experience in a customer-focused business and commercial environment, you will be able to demonstrate an ability to compile and convert in-depth complex market insights into successful client outcomes.
