What you'll be doing
- Optimising P&L
- Identifying problems, carrying out analysis, and designing solutions and executing them
- Driving automation projects
- Building and optimising scalable processes to continue Revolut's hyper growth
- Exploring and defining which projects the team should prioritise, and setting a timeline to reach goals quickly
- Digging deep into the financial data, performing extensive statistical analysis, modelling, identifying additional revenue streams, and locating areas of future automation
- Developing relationships with our counterparties and vendors in order to optimise the trading infrastructure
What you'll need
- At least a 2:1 STEM degree from a top university
- 2 years of work experience in a fast-paced environment
- Experience in trading
- Hands on coding experience with SQL, Python, or R
- Solid track record of taking ownership and leading complex projects end to end
- A magic skill to break complex problems into smaller ones and to enjoy working with data
- A natural curiosity and will to make an impact
- An interest in the financial industry
