Location: Ideally Sunderland based but can accommodate Newcastle if necessary.

Experience: Prior Commercial Property experience is essential.

The Role:

They are seeking an experienced Commercial Property Paralegal to join their Sunderland office. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in commercial property law and a commitment to delivering high-quality service to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assisting solicitors with commercial property transactions
  • Managing client relationships and ensuring high levels of client satisfaction
  • Drafting and reviewing legal documents related to commercial property
  • Conducting legal research and analysis
  • Liaising with clients, solicitors, and other professionals
