Are you a Contracts Manager from a Construction background looking for an autonomous role within a well-established company, offering hybrid working and the opportunity to manage large scale projects across the North West?
This well-established company work across a broad range of sectors primarily within Construction- including new build developments, residential and commercial properties. Due to continued growth, they are looking to add a Contracts Manager to their team to support and manage an impressive new housing project.
In this autonomous role you will manage the lifecycle of a new development of 6000 residential properties across a 4 year project, following which you will oversee further contracts within the business. On a day-to-day basis you will be responsible for conducting site visits across the North West, liaising with site managers and contractors on site and overseeing site operations.
This role would suit an ambitious Contracts Manager from a Construction / Repairs and Maintenance background looking to join a well-established company in an autonomous role, where you will get to work on exciting projects.
The Role:
- Manage the lifecycle of an initial 4 year large residential development.
- Conduct site visits across the North West.
- Liaise with site managers.
- Oversee contracts.
- Manage on-site operations
The Person:
- Contracts Manager or similar.
- Background in Construction / Residential / Repairs and Maintenance.
- Commutable to Bradford / Wigan.
