I am on the lookout for a motivated Senior Architectural Technician with a keen attention to detail to join a RIBA chartered practice in Berkshire. The knowledgeable team has an excellent reputation across the UK, with over 150 repeat clients. The team provides inventive and creative solutions to ensure each project is delivered to the highest possible standard.
The successful Senior Architectural Technician will have significant UK-based experience within an architectural practice and will be comfortable managing a team. You will enjoy running projects and should have excellent communication skills. Revit and AutoCAD experience is essential.

Skills, Responsibilities and Experience for the role of Senior Architectural Technician:
- Significant UK-based experience, post qualification
- Relevant degree or an HNC/HND in Architectural Technology
- Being a chartered Architectural Technologist is beneficial
- Brilliant knowledge of current UK building regulations
- Able to demonstrate the standards defined by CIAT
- Confident leading a team
- Run projects whilst working alongside clients, stakeholders and contractors
- Provide exceptional designs to all clients
- Positive and proactive attitude
- Live locally to Berkshire
- Revit and AutoCAD proficiency is essential
