IT Trainer

We are excited to offer an opportunity for an IT Trainer to join a growing team within a top-rated company. This role is pivotal in driving the successful integration and adoption of technology solutions within the firm. As an IT Trainer, you will be responsible for designing and delivering training programs that empower users to leverage technology effectively, enhancing productivity and supporting the firm's strategic goals.
Day-to-day of the role:
- Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs tailored to individuals, small groups, and larger audiences, ensuring proficiency in digital tools and platforms.
- Provide one-on-one deskside or virtual support, addressing specific user challenges to enhance productivity and engagement.
- Select appropriate learning methods (classroom, virtual, e-learning, 1:1) and accommodate individual learning styles during training sessions.
- Conduct engaging induction training for new joiners, ensuring smooth integration within the company.
- Act as a leader in internal client experience, promoting a deep understanding of new and existing systems.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Technology or IT Trainer, with strong classroom and remote training skills.
- Involvement in wider firm projects with the ability to see the bigger picture and identify challenges/requirements.
- Excellent understanding of the Microsoft Office suite and Microsoft Office 365 applications, ideally MOS certified.
- Experience delivering remote training over Microsoft Teams.
- Knowledge of matter management systems, Bundledocs, BigHand, Intapp, Nitro Pro, iManage, and InterAction is beneficial.
