A German speaking Collections Executive to join the Collections department for a global embedded Financing Platform.

Description
- To provide a first-class service relating to the resolution of any non/under-paying customers
- Contributing to proactive telephone/email campaigns in order to achieve weekly collections.
- Referring to contractual loan agreements to ensure prompt repayment terms.
- Data input, accurately inputting data across multiple systems.
- Deal with ad hoc queries from clients / merchants such as resolving queries regarding payments.
Profile
- MUST BE FLUENT IN GERMAN AND ENGLISH.
- At least one year's experience with Customer Service/Accounts Receivable/Credit Control ledger maintenance
- Be highly reliable, organised and reliable.
- Have excellent attention to detail and confidence working with data.
- Entrepreneurial mindset, with strong work ethic and can do attitude.
- Team player.
