This is an exciting opportunity for a Senior Implementation Analyst to work with a successful Norwich based SAAS provider who have experienced a sustained period of growth.
Joining a small team focussed on their SAAS workflow product, but part of a larger organisation, you will take responsibility for the line management of two members of staff and oversee the delivery and configuration of the company's solution to new customers.
In your new role communication will be key and you will work with internal & external stakeholders to understand their requirements and create user stories for translation into configuration or system changes. You will also play an integral role in scoping, prioritising, estimating and planning product enhancements as well as managing client expectations throughout the delivery process.
To be successful it is likely that you will have:
- Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)
- An eye for detail coupled with the ability to plan and prioritise effectively
- Business Analysis skills and an exposure to Agile
- Experience of the Insurance sector, while not essential, would be of advantage.
