The Role: As an Early Years Teacher, you will play a crucial role in laying the foundation for our youngest learners' educational journey. You will be responsible for creating a nurturing and stimulating environment where children can explore, learn, and grow. Your role will involve planning and delivering engaging lessons tailored to the needs of each child, fostering a love for learning and curiosity.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a creative and age-appropriate curriculum
- Foster a positive and inclusive classroom atmosphere
- Monitor and assess pupil progress, providing feedback and support
- Collaborate with colleagues and parents to ensure the best outcomes for children
- Maintain a safe and organised classroom environment
What We Are Looking For:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
- Experience in an Early Years setting, particularly in Reception
- Strong understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A genuine passion for working with young children
- Ability to inspire and motivate pupils
