Electrical Contracts Manager

Our client is a growing and successful company in the FM sector, specialising in mechanical, electrical, and building services for the commercial and leisure industries.

They are currently seeking an Electrical Contracts Manager to cover their projects throughout the UK, overseeing the small reactive projects up to the bigger new installations.

What's in it for you?

  • Monday to Friday (08:00 - 5:00 or 07:00 - 4:00).
  • Office based and occasionally travel to sites across the UK such as London and also Glasgow with the rare requirement to travel overseas.
  • Salary - £35,000 - £45,000.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with a team of contracts managers.
  • Oversee onsite teams and subcontractors to ensure project milestones are met, while delivering exceptional service.
  • Report to the client and Account Manager, leading projects from start to finish with a focus on innovation, cost savings, and compliance.
  • Organise drawings, isolations, and deliveries effectively.

Requirements/Qualifications

  • Electrical Qualification at or equivalent to: City & Guilds BS7671:2018 18th Edition.
  • ECS (Desired Not Essential).
  • SMSTS (Desired Not Essential).
  • SSSTS (Desired Not Essential).
  • GCSE or equivalent (preferred).
  • Electrical: 5 years (preferred).
