Have you ever managed a government funded programme before (doesn't matter so much on the sector), and have experience of contract performance and the reporting element? Would you like to like to join a regeneration charity to help solve the water usage crisis currently affecting the UK?
Essentially, if we keep using water at its current rate, by 2040 we shall need an extra 400 million litres a day (!). To solve this, a key solution is to educate and work with people, families, and businesses to save water. You will lead and manage a number of different water saving programmes across the South of England which have a team on the ground providing front line advice, guidance and physical measures.
The contracts you are delivering work with the customers of most of the UK water companies. And as such, there are numbers to hit to ensure an impact is being made (visits, water saved, measures taken etc). You will be great at reviewing the numbers, spotting problems and bottle necks, coming up with solutions with the team, and reporting on contract performance.
This is a London based hybrid role. The charity is a great place to work (we have placed countless people who have really developed their careers here).
