NonStop are working with a reputable local authority based in South London, who are seeking an Assistant Team Manager for their Adults Locality team. You will deliver high-quality social care services to adults in need, where you will have the opportunity to contribute to our strength-based approach, focused on achieving the best outcomes for our service users.

Responsibilities:

  • Supporting the Team Manager to deliver our statutory social care duties, ensuring that work of your team is of the highest standard.
  • Manage staff as part of a multidisciplinary team, carry a small caseload, and be responsible for assessment, support planning, and safeguarding.

These services are for older people, people with physical and sensory disabilities and people with mental health related needs. Locality teams bring Social Workers together with NHS colleagues, supporting holistic, integrated working.
