Change and Release Analyst, DV Cleared
I am currently looking for a Change Analyst for a leading organisation based in the UK. Within this position, you would be required to manage to full end to end Change life cycle and identify process improvements where possible. You will come from a strong operational environment working within an ITIL framework.
Rate - TBC Inside ir35
Location - London
Duration - 6-12 Months
Key Responsibilities
You will be managing the end to end change life cycle and look to identify key process improvements and conduct and verify post implementation reviews and requests when required and furthermore investigate issues out of the critical Change implementation. You will be managing the quality of the IT Services to ensure that all build configuration items within Release Packs are securely controlled.
Key Skills
- Experience of working within a fast paced operations environment working within an ITIL Framework with a critical understanding of change and release management principles
- Strong analytic approach
- Experience of ITSM Tools
- Excellent stakeholder engagement
