JOB – Controls Manager – with progression to Director level
LOCATION – Coventry
TERM - Permanent
SALARY – £65,000 - £80,000 per annum.
A Coventry based Engineering company are currently looking for a Controls Manager to join their team on a permanent basis.
The
Controls Manager
will ideally have the following attributes:
- HNC or equivalent electrical engineering or relevant discipline.
- Strong background in Control Systems Engineering – full life cycle.
- Strong knowledge of Siemens & Allen Bradley systems.
- Previous experience in Automation/ manufacturing environments.
- Previous experience managing teams is beneficial.
- Ability to read & interpret electrical schematics & drawings.
- Excellent communication skills.
The duties & responsibilities will include:
- Leading & overseeing control systems development from design through to commissioning.
- Lead & develop the engineering team.
- Providing support when required.
- Communicating with management teams & stakeholders.
- Ensuring burg
- Ensuring all health & safety regulations are met at all times.
- Liaising with customers & clients to gain feedback/ take requirements.
