Job Title: Team Leader / Program Lead - Construction department
Annual Salary: £38,000 - £46,000 (depending on experience and qualifications)
Hours: 37 hours per week Monday to Friday
Contract: Permanent
Start date: September 2024

Herts Resourcing Group (HRG) is currently working with a college in Berkshire and we're looking for an experienced Team Leader to for Multi Trades / Carpentry department.
As well as leading a team you will be required to teach up to 18 hours per week.
Responsibilities:
- Responsibility for supervising or managing a team
- Managing a budget and physical resources
- Up to date knowledge of curriculum and teaching and learning, of the Multi-Skills and Carpentry subject areas
- Further Education curriculum delivery planning and administration
- Collaborate with colleagues to enhance the overall learning experience
Must have:
- Teaching qualification
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Must have an Enhanced DBS issued in last 12 months or on the update service.
- Must have the right to work in the UK as the client does not have the time or funds for sponsorship.
