Distribution Manager
Overview:-
Our client is seeking an experienced Distribution Manager to handle their time critical products within the UK and Overseas.
You'll have at least 5 years proven UK Distribution Manager experience with exposure to handling and distributing high value / luxury brand products. As well as providing leadership you'll be a vital link to the success of our clients continued success.
A good level of reporting and IT skills is also required.
- Manage Distribution Operations: Oversee the daily operations of the distribution center, including receiving, storing, and shipping products.
- Team Leadership: Foster a positive and productive work environment.
- Inventory Management: Ensure accurate inventory levels are maintained. Implement inventory control procedures to minimize discrepancies.
- Logistics Coordination: Coordinate with suppliers, transportation companies, and other departments to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of products.
