Accounts Payable Clerk - Temp to perm
Paying between £30,000 - £40,000 per annum
Cobalt is working with a market-leading Real Estate investment manager who is looking for an interim Senior Accounts Payable individual to join their team, on a contract.
Key Responsibilities
- Inputting invoices
- Processing invoices from initially loading them on the property management system to matching, batching and coding them
- Frequent payment runs including BACS and CHAPS runs
- Setting up new suppliers on the system
- Liaising with suppliers via phone and email to resolve queries quickly and efficiently
- Opportunity to assist with preparing the management accounts, including accruals, prepayments and journals
Personal Specification
- Real Estate knowledge beneficial
- Excellent communicator
- Strong attention to detail
