A leading charity are looking for an immediately available Head of Financial Reporting, who will lead the financial reporting team in a prominent not-for-profit organisation, primarily focusing on delivering timely and accurate financial reports.

Description
Main responsibilities will include:
- Leading on the audit preparation
- Project planning
- Delivering the audit management letter actions
- Managing a team of 5 staff
- Updating various policy documents.
- Ensuring timely and accurate delivery of financial reports.
- Liaising with internal and external auditors.
Profile
- Fully Qualified (ACA/ACCA/CIMA or equivalent)
- Strong project management skills
- The ability to meet deadlines
- Technically switched on
- Prior Not For Profit exposure would be highly desirable
- Experience in leading a financial reporting team.
- Strong communication and leadership skills
