Overview:
We're looking for an apprentice with a passion for IT to join our driven team.
This is a full-time position, so you'll be spending your days in our vibrant offices in Spinningfields, nestled in the heart of Manchester City Centre.
Salary: £13,312 - £16,000 per annum.
Responsibilities: [will include but not be limited to:]
- Take ownership of and continuously improve specific IT processes, including managing the asset management system.
- Utilize the ticket system to accurately log, manage, document, and resolve IT issues in line with the Service Level Agreement (SLA).
- Provide support to the IT Manager on various projects and migrations.
- Collaborate effectively with colleagues across all levels of the business, from end users to team leaders, managers, and directors.
- Work closely with external partners to resolve software-related issues.

Entry requirements:
- 3 GCSE's (or equivalent) at grades 4+ (A-C) in any subject
- GCSE Maths and English (or equivalents) at grades 3+ (D or above)
- Prospective apprentices must not hold an existing qualification at the same or higher level as this apprenticeship is in a similar subject
You may also have a combination of qualifications and experience which demonstrate the minimum foundation needed for the programme. In this instance you could still be considered for the programme.
If you hold international equivalents of the above qualifications, at the time of your application you must be able to provide an official document that states how your international qualifications compare to the UK qualifications.

Working week:
40hrs a week. You'll start with work hours from 8:30am to 5:30pm, transitioning to a split-shift pattern when appropriate.
