Novax Recruitment is actively seeking a Customer Support Advisor based in Thatcham on a hybrid basis. This is an ongoing contract working full time hours.

The job:

  • Provide transactional administration support to resolve customer queries through the Customer Service Management Centre.
  • Liaise directly with internal colleagues and external customers to solve problems in a timely, efficient and effective manner.
  • Highlight and respond to all enquires, making sure customers receive a prompt response and are kept informed of progress.
  • Work to KPI's and SLA's to deliver responses in a professional manner.
  • Escalate any complaints as necessary, signposting to other services the client offers.

The candidate:

  • Experience in customer services essential
  • Experience handling a large number of incoming calls and emails
  • Experience within housing sector preferred
