Credit Controller
South Petherton, Somerset

We are looking for an experienced Credit Controller to join a growing business in South Somerset on a full-time permanent basis. Joining a friendly team, you will be the sole Credit Controller and manage the credit control process for the company, ensuring timely collection of outstanding debts.
Duties:
- Contact customers regarding overdue payments and resolve payment issues promptly
- Monitor accounts to identify outstanding debts and initiate collection actions
- Analyse financial data to assess credit risk and recommend credit limits
- Utilise accounting software for accurate record-keeping and reporting
Requirements:
- Previous experience in Credit Control
- Strong phone etiquette skills for effective communication with clients
- Ability to analyse financial information and make informed decisions
