An outside IR35 interim opportunity to work as a Fixed Asset Accountant for a Hospitality Group. Working to deliver a new Fixed Asset Register into their new Dynamics 365 system.
The role has a hybrid working model, with 2-3 days per week in London and occasional travel across the UK on an ad hoc basis.
Deliverables include but aren't limited to:
- Implementing a new Fixed Asset Register into Dynamics 365
- Adopting new depreciation policy on freehold land and buildings
- Reviewing leasehold assets and accounting application
- Reviewing existing assets and cleansing re disposals, useful life application etc
- Suporting with implementation of new reporting standards
- Business partnering across Finance and Operations
