As our Temporary Publishing Office, you'll play a crucial role in supporting our client's Publishing department, collaborating closely with their Digital Communications team to ensure a seamless operation. From compiling, editing, and proofreading copy to project managing multi-component resources, you'll have the chance to showcase your skills and talents across various tasks. ??????
Here's a snapshot of what you'll be doing:
- Compiling, editing, and checking copy for digital and print publications ?????
- Managing new multi-component resources, including print, online, and audio elements �???
- Proofreading digital and print titles across different subject areas ???
- Handling scripts for audio recording and collaborating with the Audio Producer �????
- Inputting content accurately, supporting digital publishing campaigns ????
- Assisting with the checking, input, and tagging of video/audio content ??�?
- Conducting picture research and managing app/online resources ????
- Completing administrative tasks related to publishing activities ???
What do we need from you? ????
- Excellent written communication skills ????
- A strong grasp of grammar, punctuation, and copy-editing ????
- Meticulous attention to detail ????????
- The ability to work under pressure and meet multiple deadlines ???
- Proven experience in publishing editorial content in a digital or blended digital/print environment ?????
- Familiarity with web editing and Content Management Systems ?????�?
