Role: Payroll Supervisor
Salary: c.£30,000
Location: Bristol
Overview:
Quinton Davies is working on behalf of a well-established practice firm based in central Bristol who are looking for a part time Payroll Supervisor (22hrs per week either spread over 5 days or condenced into 3 full days).
Main Duties:
- Working with clients varying in size - therefore you must have experience of processing multiple payrolls
- CIS experience
- Being able to multitask and switch tasks quickly and efficiently
- You will be speaking with clients on a daily basis so good communication skills are essential
- Preparation of weekly, fortnightly and monthly payrolls.
- Assisting clients with the adoption of new accounting software and aiding where necessary.
- Assisting with the general administration of the practice such as reception duties and the like.
Experience / Qualifications Required:
- QBE or AAT qualified
- At least 2 years' payroll experience in practice
- Accountancy packages such as Xero, Quickbooks, IRIS, SAPA and Sage Line 50 would be advantageous but training will be provided on all the software used internally
