People Development Specialist, 18 month assignment - Leading Regulator - Remote or London/Birmingham hybrid working - £190 per day
This is a fantastic opportunity to help shape the future of organisational development and learning at leading Regulator. You will play a key role in delivering their capability, talent and early careers agenda.
Working closely with the Learning and Organisational Development Partner and Early Careers Lead you will have accountability for designing and delivering Learning and Early Careers development programmes. Your key deliverables will include:-
- Designing, developing and facilitating bespoke programmes, workshops and events to build the core learning offer
- Supporting the facilitation of people leader development programmes and workshops
- Contributing to corporate learning investment, such as reinvigorating the professions, skills mapping and LMS development
- Developing the ongoing build of their Early Career's programmes
- Supporting the Early Careers partner with annual projects such as the induction programme and work experience weeks
You should be an experienced Learning and Development professional with a track record of designing and delivering learning and development programmes. Ideally this will include Early Careers programmes. Experience of identifying and assessing learning needs to be combined with an ability to create and deliver engaging and interactive virtual and in-person learning experiences. Excellent communication skills are essential.
