Lettings Manager - Stratford upon Avon - up to £27k basic dependent on experience plus commission
This is a great opportunity to join a leading independent Lettings and Estate Agent who have built up an impressive reputation which has led them to being a highly respected brand in the area. They are looking for an experienced Lettings Professional looking for their next step up. The role will involve assisting in the day to day operation of the lettings department including property management for circa 90 properties, ensuring compliance, client care and manage long term existing relationships with landlords and tenants. Their ideal candidate will be someone who is looking for a long term career with progression who will eventually manage and run the whole of the lettings department. This is a great opportunity for an existing Lettings Senior Negotiator or Property Manager to take their career to the next level.
Main Duties for the Assistant Lettings Manager Role:
- Assist in managing the day-to-day operation of the lettings department, ensuring compliance
- Managing a portfolio of around 90 - 100 properties
- Dealing with maintenance issues, liaising with tenants, landlords and contractors
- Issuing section notices
- Deposit management
- Arranging property inspections and inventories
- Dealing with general lettings administration.
Key Skills Required for the Assistant Lettings Manager Role:
- Lettings experience essential
- A good understanding of Lettings legislation
- You will be a strong communicator with excellent inter-personal skills
- You will be accurate, organised, numerate and technology savvy
- Ideally ARLA qualified
- Team player with the ability to work under pressure
- Well presented
- Strong attention to detail
Working Hours - Monday to Friday 9am - 5.30pm or 8.45am - 5.15pm and one Saturday a month
