As an Account Manager, you will be at the forefront of the sales team, contributing to the success of a leading British manufacturer of domestic battery storage systems. Day to Day of the role:

  • Maintain and develop relationships with current customers to expand sales and business.
  • Create new customer relationships leading to business development and growth in sales.
  • Complete sales training program and study assignments to understand the sales process thoroughly.
  • Follow the sales process to ensure customer satisfaction and a personalized experience.
  • Maintain CRM/Sales tracker to identify trends and sales patterns.
  • Keep up-to-date with professional knowledge by reviewing publications, networking, and participating in professional societies.
  • Contribute to team efforts by achieving related results as needed.
  • Uphold a high level of professionalism with customers at all times.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building relationships at all organisational levels.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Ability to work effectively both within a team and independently.
  • Excellent organisational skills.
  • Proven ability to meet sales goals.
  • Skilled in negotiation and understanding customer needs.
  • Experience in sales planning and managing processes.
  • Good understanding of the market and competent in reporting.
  • A sales qualification or previous sales experience is advantageous.
