Tech Delivery Lead
Inside IR35, up to £530 P/D
Hybrid, 2 days on site per week (Nottingham)
We are looking for a Tech Delivery lead with exposure to ‘techno-functional' roles, leading the Tech teams in a PM capacity.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage tech teams to deliver high-quality technology solutions.
- Oversee project planning, execution, and delivery, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
- Provide technical guidance and support to team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
- Ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.
- Identify and mitigate risks, resolving issues promptly to maintain project momentum.
- Communicate project status, progress, and outcomes to stakeholders effectively.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in a techno-functional role, with a strong understanding of both technical and business aspects.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and manage tech teams in a project management capacity.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
- Experience with project management tools and methodologies.
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
