Senior & Associate Quantity Surveyors - Oxfordshire
An exciting opportunity has arisen to join a well-established construction consultancy firm that is rapidly expanding in the Oxfordshire region. They are seeking and exceptional Senior and Associate Quantity Surveyor to play a pivotal role in their growth plans.

The Role
As a Senior or Associate Quantity Surveyor, you will be responsible for managing complex projects from inception to completion. Your duties will include:
- Preparing estimates, cost plans, and contract documentation
- Conducting value engineering exercises
- Managing subcontractor accounts and valuations
- Negotiating final accounts and resolving contractual disputes
- Mentoring and developing junior team members
Requirements
- Relevant degree or professional qualification (RICS, CIOB, etc.)
- Proven experience in a similar Quantity Surveying role
- Strong commercial awareness and negotiation skills
- Excellent communication and client-facing abilities
- Proficiency in industry-standard software and IT systems
