Senior & Associate Quantity Surveyors - Oxfordshire

An exciting opportunity has arisen to join a well-established construction consultancy firm that is rapidly expanding in the Oxfordshire region. They are seeking and exceptional Senior and Associate Quantity Surveyor to play a pivotal role in their growth plans.

About the Company

The Role
As a Senior or Associate Quantity Surveyor, you will be responsible for managing complex projects from inception to completion. Your duties will include:

  • Preparing estimates, cost plans, and contract documentation
  • Conducting value engineering exercises
  • Managing subcontractor accounts and valuations
  • Negotiating final accounts and resolving contractual disputes
  • Mentoring and developing junior team members

Requirements

  • Relevant degree or professional qualification (RICS, CIOB, etc.)
  • Proven experience in a similar Quantity Surveying role
  • Strong commercial awareness and negotiation skills
  • Excellent communication and client-facing abilities
  • Proficiency in industry-standard software and IT systems
