Job Description:
My client is seeking an experienced Senior IM Analyst to lead the implementation and maintenance of asset information management solutions. This role involves developing, reviewing, and updating Information Management (IM) standards and procedures to ensure the highest level of efficiency and compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the implementation and maintenance of asset information management solutions.
- Develop, review, and update IM standards and procedures.
- Ensure adherence to IM governance and best practices.
- Oversee BIM (Building Information Modelling) processes and ensure compliance with the BIM framework.
- Collaborate with various stakeholders to ensure effective information management.
Required Skills and Experience:
- Proven experience in Building Information Modelling (BIM).
- In-depth knowledge of BIM framework and best practices for Information Management.
- Strong competence in Information Management governance.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a hybrid environment, with at least 2 days a week in the office.
