Hiring:
Experienced Account Manager to enhance client relationships and drive growth. You will manage a portfolio of accounts, ensuring exceptional service and identifying cross-selling opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain strong client relationships and ensure high service standards.
- Produce performance reports and stay updated on industry trends.
- Address service issues and propose improvements.
- Manage the online chat function on our website.
- Achieve personal KPIs and contribute to company targets.
Requirements:
Previous account management experience (at least 2-3 years)
Strong organisational and communication skills.
Ability to work under pressure and adapt to business needs.
