£30,000 - £40,000 basic salary + bonus + unrivalled benefits package

My client is an innovative and fast growth FinTech business based in Cheltenham.

Our client has developed an innovative product, and as a result, has surpassed some ambitious milestones, ahead of being well on their way to becoming a £100m business by 2028.Their clients include some of the UK's most successful scale-ups & many of their businesses are backed by the UK's top Venture Capital firms.

As one of the more progressive employers in the area, they have crafted a fantastic, supportive culture, and have also received B-Corp accreditation.

What will you be doing:

  • You'll be prospecting! You'll do this mostly via email, telephone, and Linkedin, however your outreach will be research driven, personalised, and professional always
  • You will aim to book meetings, build rapport, and pitch the businesses services, ensuring that the customer gets full insight into how the company can help
  • Attend industry wide events to find potential businesses
  • Encourage operational excellence across the business
  • Deliver consistent and timely responses, follow-through, and follow-up in response to partner requests and issues

What skills and experience are we ideally looking for:

  • You'll have worked in customer service or sales previously, it's crucial that you can provide evidence of your ability to liaise with customers effectively
  • Strong communication and organisational skills
  • Dependable, positive and detail-oriented with excellent follow-through skills
  • Able to deal with stakeholders at all levels externally
  • The rest, can be trained, but the above is absolutely essential
