Sales Executive Duties:
- Offering after sales support and dispute resolutions
- Dealing with customer inquiries
- Processing quotations and sales orders
- Making sure all feedback for quotations not converted to orders is taken
- Maintaining and updating sales and customer records
- Assisting the line manager and other departments when needed
