Sacco Mann are currently working with a top tier defendant law firm on an opportunity for a Clinical Negligence Associate to join their team. As part of the vibrant Manchester office, you will be part of the Clinical Negligence department and work on good quality, complex claims.
The successful Clinical Negligence Associate will be managing a caseload of high value, defendant Clinical Negligence claims to include those that are catastrophic or fatal (brain injury, spinal injury etc).
The ideal candidate will have previous experience of managing high value Clinical Negligence matters and, whilst defendant experience would be preferred, those with a claimant background will also be considered.
