As Head of Commercial Property, you will be responsible for overseeing a varied portfolio of commercial property transactions and managing a team to the highest standards. You will inspire your team to deliver innovative solutions and build long-lasting client relationships.
Responsibilities Included:
- Manage a varied caseload of commercial property cases, including leasehold and freehold transactions
- Provide inspirational leadership and support the development of your team
- Grow and maintain an elite client base through expert client advice
- Oversee department finances and ensure targets are met
Skills and Attributes:
- Qualified solicitor with 7+ years PQE in commercial property
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate others
- Commercially minded with excellent business development skills
- Financially astute with proven ability to manage budgets
