Lead Procurement Officer
Duration: 6 – 12 Months Initially with possible extensions
Rate: Negotiable D.O.E
Hybrid Working Arrangement – 2 Days per week onsite (Tuesdays essential)
The key requirements are:
- MCIPS or can demonstrate working towards level 4 accreditation as a minimum
- Evidence that the candidate has led on complex end to end tender processes for procedures such as Competitive Procedures with Negotiation and Competitive Dialogue
- Have led on the procurement of complex, multi-million Frameworks or DPS'
- Have extensive experience working in the Transport arena, either in Rail, Bus or Light Rail (Metro), either in the Public or Private sector
- Have knowledge of, and can competently apply the PCR2015 or UCR/CCR2016
- Potentially have or have had Line Management experience previously
- Have experience of both drafting and managing NEC contracts
