TEMP TO PERM ROLE - We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our HR team. In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent to meet the evolving needs of our organization. You will collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand workforce requirements and ensure a seamless recruitment process that aligns with our company culture and goals.
**Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and develop job descriptions.
- Source candidates through various channels including job boards, social media, networking events, and employee referrals.
- Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and manage the end-to-end recruitment process.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring teams.
- Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS).
- Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for future openings.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Track and report key recruitment metrics (e.g., time-to-fill, cost-per-hire).
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition.
**Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience (2+ years) in talent acquisition or recruitment.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and HR databases.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of employment laws and hiring best practices.
