We are looking for a Temporary Individual Giving Officer for an incredible arts charity to be responsible to support the end-to-end delivery of individual giving campaigns across a range of media, from planning to execution.
Hybrid - 2 days per week in their London office , 1 day being a Wednesday
The Role
IG project management/managing appeals to set deadlines and key milestones; liaising with internal stakeholders to achieve this (IT/Comms teams and others)
Support to team around a flagship event that the team support each year (administrative and event support leading up to the event)
Updating and uploading onto the CRM system
Data Selections
The Candidate
Able to manage multiple projects at one and prioritise accordingly
Good relationship building skills and stakeholder management
IG experience at officer level
Experience with CRM data systems like ThankQ
Experience of Data Selections
Strong and written communication
