Devonshire Hayes has partnered with a fantastic Law Firm to help them secure a Desktop Support Analyst for a 6-Month FTC.
This is a Hybrid role with 1 week on site and 1 week remote, the office is based in London. The salary available for the role is £45K perm annum.
You will be tasked with the following,
- Providing technical support for computer applications and hardware, including: Microsoft Office Suite (2016/365), Microsoft Teams, Zoom, Windows 10, Document Management System (FileSite), Time recording systems (IntApp), Practice management system (Elite 3E), Digital dictation (BigHand), Workshare compare, Third party numbering suite (DocX Tools), CMS (InterAction), Adobe Suite, Remote Access (VPN, RSA, Citrix), Mobile technologies (BlackBerry Work, iOS, Android, Intune), Remote desktop (VNC/TeamViewer).
- Installation and configuration of hardware and software.
- Legal/Law Firm experience would be highly advantageous
