£18.50-24 per hour
Temp 3 months initially, high potential to be extended
Our client based in East London is looking to recruit a Lettings Officer to a unique role that working on a project. You will be managing the move in's for 70 tenants into a new development in East London. You will move in 2 tenants per day, 1 in the morning and 1 in the afternoon and each tenants have allocated time slot.
There is only a small designated area which our new customers can use to move into their new homes, so this means they require management of the process to ensure that there are no hold-ups which cause a knock-on effect for the next customers.
The candidates require great customer service skills as they will be the first point of contact for new tenants moving into the homes. You will meet and greet new customers, discuss the arrangements to move into the property, and then show the customers how to use the Estates App, and show how to find and use home features - e.g. heating controls, meter locations, stop tap.
