- Provide expert advice on a wide range of Employee Relations issues.
- Ensure compliance with HR policies and procedures.
- Facilitate effective communication between management and staff.
- Contribute to the development of HR strategies.
- Assist in the resolution of workplace disputes.
- Facilitate training and development initiatives.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of employment law and HR best practices.
- Contribute to a positive work culture within the Human Resources department.
Profile
A successful ER Advisor should have:
- A degree or equivalent qualification in Human Resources or a related field.
- Experience in a similar role within the Not For Profit sector.
- Strong understanding of HR policies and employment law.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- The ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle sensitive issues with discretion.
