As an ER Advisor, you will provide essential support and guidance in all areas of Employee Relations, contributing to the smooth running of the Human Resources department in a Not For Profit sector. You'll be a key player in a team that helps cultivate a positive and supportive work environment.

Description

  • Provide expert advice on a wide range of Employee Relations issues.
  • Ensure compliance with HR policies and procedures.
  • Facilitate effective communication between management and staff.
  • Contribute to the development of HR strategies.
  • Assist in the resolution of workplace disputes.
  • Facilitate training and development initiatives.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of employment law and HR best practices.
  • Contribute to a positive work culture within the Human Resources department.

Profile

A successful ER Advisor should have:

  • A degree or equivalent qualification in Human Resources or a related field.
  • Experience in a similar role within the Not For Profit sector.
  • Strong understanding of HR policies and employment law.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • The ability to work effectively as part of a team.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle sensitive issues with discretion.
