Working with a long standing Client we are supporting this blended ESG and HR consultancy role, with broad flexible working.
All three letters of ESG - Environment, Social and Governance - are an integral part of the strategy and culture of the business. They have robust approaches to governance across the International Group but recognise that their approach across their UK business could be more co-ordinated and efficient.
This project assignment will review existing approaches to requests for information and implementation of the Group strategy and will begin to define and drive the agenda. The role will support the HR function and as such work closely with senior stakeholders to impact where the ESG strategy and requirements cross over with existing people policies and compliance
Working closely with a number of Directors, the post holder will be comfortable in a very hands on role, helping identify in inefficiencies, working collaboratively to look at how the function responds to requests at a Group level
Key Responsibilities
review the existing processes, communication channels and approach to ESG across the UK business
Engages with all internal and external stakeholders from diverse cultural and functional background and with varying levels of seniority
Review and begin to co-ordinate the delivery of the ESG strategy into a framework that takes into account business opportunities and risks as well as external reporting and regulatory requirements.
Candidate
You will be passionate about everything this role can achieve for any business or organisation. Will have relevant experience in both ESG and broader HR roles. You will naturally be able to work effectively and productively with internal stakeholders at all levels to develop a strategy and work with others to ensure its effective implementation.
