Insurance Renewals Account Handler

They are now looking for two people to join them in their Winchester office as an Insurance Account Handler to work on a team that handle renewals for existing clients.

As an account handler on a team of 4, you will be working at the heart of an ambitious expanding local business which enjoys a phenomenal reputation in the local market, being one of the go to insurance firms due to their excellent customer service and product range, and will get to handle a range of commercial risks and clients.

In this role, you will cover a broad range of personal lines insurance products assisting clients with their renewals, then processing renewals documentation as well as handling mid-term adjustments.

You will be responsible for inputting information through the system, maintaining correct and accurate client data alongside gathering any further information on the queries and concerns put forth by your existing clients.

In your role, your foremost goal is to guarantee prompt and effective solutions for every customer inquiry. You will serve as a reliable and approachable point of contact, demonstrating a friendly and empathetic approach to addressing both business and client needs. Your role involves offering expert guidance and furnishing precise information about insurance products.

You will be self-motivated, driven and ready promote the business at every turn to achieve the businesses goals as well as your individual targets. Above all you'll have the ability to translate potential into revenue and relish the challenge to drive the growth of a truly customer focused business, so just as important as your experience will be your attitude and focus on being successful in your career, and a genuine desire to achieve the best possible customer outcome!

This is NOT a high volume role, as you will be expected to take your time with your clients and make "every call count", making sure you have the right conversations, and not just a sales/customer service call box ticking exercise. You will be taking around 20-30 calls a day, and they want people who want to make these calls quality ones!

To be considered for this role, you will ideally need at least 1 years insurance experience, with a minimum of 5 GCSE's A-C, including English and Maths.
