We're looking for a driven and proactive Front of House team member for our Coworking space. You'll play a vital role in delivering operational excellence, ensuring a premium experience for our members. You'll be central to the day-to-day running and improvement of our dynamic workspace environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support member relationships, identifying opportunities to connect and add value
  • Collaborate with marketing to plan and deliver community events that enrich member experience
  • Conduct daily building walkthroughs, troubleshoot issues, and ensure SLA compliance for helpdesk requests
  • Assist in managing cleaning contracts, post handling, and ongoing building improvements
  • Deliver site tours and support the sales team with member onboarding

  • Passionate about delivering high-quality customer experiences
  • Can lead by example and foster a motivated, collaborative team
  • Works proactively and stays calm under pressure
  • Thinks commercially and seeks to continuously improve operations

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in hospitality, workspace, or customer service operations
  • Excellent communication, organisation, and problem-solving abilities
  • Confident using technology and comfortable with troubleshooting systems
  • Able to manage multiple priorities
  • Flexible, professional, and committed to continuous improvement
