The Senior Analyst is the pivotal finance business partner to the business unit sales and marketing teams. This position reports to the Finance Director and is responsible for Financial Planning & Analysis, Reporting, and Decision Support for Sales and Marketing within our UK business unit.

Description
- Leads development of revenue budget and forecast in partnership with customer sales teams
- Manage co-op and advertising investment to drive profitable growth and improve overall ROI by shaping and influencing investment decisions
- Analyzes financial results versus forecast, plan, and prior year, and investigate variances, assessing risk and providing leadership with latest estimates; delivers meaningful business insights to divisional leadership team
- Owns divisional KPI reporting to for tracking business results and identifying potential risks and opportunities
- Provides Sales and Marketing teams ad hoc financial support including understanding P&L drivers, innovation profitability, ROI analysis on investments, and strategic projects and initiatives
- Drive best-in-class improvements in process and analytical capabilities in key areas of responsibility including financial modeling and monthly reporting
Profile
To be successful you'll need these things:
- ACCA/CIMA/ACA Qualification
- Superb analytical/quantitative and communication skills and strong executive presence.
- Proven ability to collaborate and build relationships at all levels of the organization.
- Demonstrates thought leadership and manages relationships with business partners.
