Finance Director
Broad and commercially focused FD opportunity within an autonomous SME division of a global business
Successful B2C business has a solid track record and market share within a niche market.
THE OPPORTUNITY
Playing a key role in driving EBITDA performance of the business working as the right hand person to the Managing Director,
Key areas of responsibility as FD will include:
- Leading a growing finance function capable of delivering exceptional financial management, and key insights to the business.
- Improving management information to enable operations and commercial teams to make smart data driven decisions
- Working closely with the senior management team to support development of new services and securing new customers
- This is a unique opportunity for an FD who has asprations to for a wider role (COO or CEO) in the future

THE PERSON
You will be an senior finance professional ) able to meet the following criteria:
- ACA/ACCA/CIMA Qualified Chartered Accountant
- Head of Finance/FD experience within a high-growth SME business
- B2C Business experence (Leisure, Retail or similar)
- Finance leadership experience, adept at motivating and managing a high-performing team
- Capable of managing and maintaining strong working relationships with divisional management team and group
