My client is a well-established, midsize regional law firm on the lookout for a Senior Conveyancing Solicitor to join their office in SW London.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a high-volume caseload of residential and commercial property transactions from start to finish.
- Provide expert legal advice on conveyancing matters, including sales, purchases, remortgages, and leases.
- Oversee junior solicitors and conveyancing assistants, offering guidance and support where needed.
- Liaise effectively with clients, estate agents, lenders, and other stakeholders.
- Ensure all conveyancing activities comply with regulatory and legal requirements.
- Drive business development efforts, including maintaining existing client relationships and fostering new ones.
The Ideal Candidate:
- Qualified Solicitor in Conveyancing (at least 5 years' PQE)
- Excellent knowledge of residential and commercial property law.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to mentor and guide a team.
- Exceptional communication and client-handling skills.
- Detail-oriented, organised, and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Proficient in using case management systems and legal software.
