A fantastic opportunity to join a property marketing agency. As PR and Marketing Manager you will be responsible for developing the PR and Marketing strategy
You will be responsible for:
- Develop and implement impactful marketing strategies to strengthen the agency's market position.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for PR and marketing within the agency
- Lead the agency's marketing strategy, with a comprehensive focus on PR, social media, web presence, and industry awards.
- Manage the agency's PR strategy, building relationships with media outlets and securing valuable coverage.
- Plan and execute targeted marketing campaigns across the agency's service offerings.
- Take charge of planning and executing company events and group-wide communications.
- Create and manage a calendar of events to enhance the agency's visibility.
To be considered for the role you will match the following :
- A proven track record in PR, ideally within the property sector.
- Strong experience with press releases and copywriting.
- Demonstrable success in driving growth through advertising and other marketing channels.
- B2B marketing experience.
- Proficiency in delivering strategies and effective B2B content.
- Strong understanding of the digital marketing channel mix: SEO, social media, PPC, display, and brand building.
